Vamika, the daughter of Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, turned one on Tuesday. On her Instagram stories, the actor-producer shared photos from her daughter’s birthday celebrations in South Africa. The photos were quickly circulated on social media by various celebrity fan pages. The mother and daughter can be seen twinning in white in one of the photos. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli met on the set of a shampoo commercial they were both working on. The pair married in a secret ceremony in Tuscany in 2017 after dating for several years. In January of last year, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their daughter Vamika into the world.
Anushka Sharma, who has been in films such as Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, PK, Band Baaja Baaraat, Sultan, and Ae Dil Hai Mushki, was most recently seen in the 2018 film Zero, which also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. Her most recent endeavor as a producer was the Netflix feature Bulbbul, which was a huge hit. Paatal Lok, a super successful online series on Amazon Prime Video, was also created by her. The actress unveiled her next project as a producer last year: Mai, a Netflix original series.

Next up for the actress is Chakda Xpress, a film based on the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami. The movie will be available on Netflix. She will also produce Qala, a film starring Babil Khan, the son of late actor Irrfan Khan.
