Fear the Walking Dead season 8 Plot: What will Happen?

Morgan’s raft landed in Louisiana at the end of Fear the Walking Dead season 7. A seafood sign there confirmed that PADRE does exist, but no one knows where they are. In the last few minutes, Morgan and (what seems to be) a still-alive Madison are driven toward a big boat out at sea. This suggests that the PADRE base may be nearby.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg confirmed that the finale sets up Fear the Walking Dead season 8 for “one of the biggest reboots” they’ve ever done. The first four seasons took place in Texas, but Chambliss said that season eight will take place in Savannah, Georgia, which is on the water.

He kept talking and said, “And to end the season, Morgan and Madison go out on a boat.” So, I think it’s safe to say that the setting of Fear the Walking Dead season 8 will be very different from what we’ve seen before. And in many ways, it will be based on the water.” Goldberg then told us more about the next season and confirmed that we’ll learn more about the mysterious PADRE.

“In [episode 16 of season 7], Madison is in a room with mirrors and talking to someone on the other side of a mirror. We’ll figure out who is on the other side of the mirror,” he said. “Another thing I could say about moving to Savannah is that every season, we always talk about changing things up on the show.” This will be one of the most important ways we’ve changed things. We’ll introduce PADRE and see it for what it is by taking away the location. But we hope that everyone will be surprised by where the characters are when we meet them. It’s a lot different.”

Who will be in the Fear the Walking Dead Season 8 Cast?

It’s likely that all the main characters will be back for Fear the Walking Dead season 8. Morgan (Lennie James), Victor Strand (Colman Domingo), and, of course, Madison (Kim Dickens) will all have important parts to play.

  • Dwight (Austin Amelio),
  • Luciana (Danay Garcia),
  • June (Jenna Elfman),
  • Daniel (Rubén Blades),
  • Grace (Karen David),
  • and Sarah is also likely to come back (Mo Collins).

As we already said, it doesn’t look like Alycia Debnam-Carey will be back as Alicia. In an Instagram post, the actor said that Fear the Walking Dead season 7’s episode was her last and that it was “time to move on as an actor and as a person.”

So far, that’s all we know about when Fear the Walking Dead season 8 will come out. As soon as we hear anything from the living world, we’ll let you know. Check out our guide to the Outlander season 7 release date in the meantime.

Fear the Walking Dead Season 8 Teaser

According to the summary for Fear the Walking Dead season 8, Morgan (Lennie James), Madison, and the other people they brought to the island of PADRE, the mysterious organization that was hinted at throughout Fear the Walking Dead season 7, live under their cynical rule. Our survivors have lost hope and are sad, and it’s up to Mo, Morgan, and Grace’s (Karen David) daughter to help them build a better world.

In an updated synopsis, AMC also said that the story will jump ahead seven years in the second half of the season, and actress Zoey Merchant will play Mo when she is eight years old.

Fear the Walking Dead Season 7 Recap

This season had 16 exciting episodes, and Victor threw Will off the Tower to cut himself off from everyone he loves. Victor uses a beacon to help protect the Tower from a large group of enemies. Alicia has started looking for Padre, and Arno and his Stalkers are looking for any survivors. Victor is protected by his Tower and the Rangers.

John and June hide in a bunker, where they find the bodies of Teddy’s victims. Baby Mo is sick, so Morgan takes him to Victor’s Tower to get help from June. Victor gets poisoned, and Grace keeps Baby Mo at the Tower to save Morgan’s life. Morgan sees Sherry, Alicia, and Dwight again. Dwight and Sherry start to look like long shots until Victor offers them a spot in the Tower, which Dwight thinks about. Senator Vasquez bites Alicia because he knows where Padre is. Alicia had her arm cut off, but it wasn’t soon enough to stop the infection. She goes to Victor’s Tower with Senator Vasquez. When Alicia finds out that Victor killed Will, she declares war on him. Charlie is taken in by the Tower, falls in love, gets sick from radiation, and is about to die.

Daniel is looking for his dead daughter and kills Arno and Sage in the process. This leaves the rest of the Stalkers without a leader. The Stalkers join Morgan and Alicia’s group to help them take the Tower from Victor. John gives up his own life to save Baby Mo and return her to Morgan. Sherry is expecting a baby, and Morgan and Baby Mo float away to safety on a raft. When Alicia and her army show up at the Tower, Victor knows that she is dying and makes a deal with Alicia. Wes leads a mutiny among the Rangers so that Victor and Alicia can be killed.

Where is Fear the Walking Dead’s Location?

Fear the Walking Dead has been all over the United States. It started in California and went to the border with Mexico before going to Galveston, Texas. Fear the Walking Dead season 8 doesn’t go back to the Lone Star State. Morgan’s raft landed in Louisiana, which was shown in Fear the Walking Dead season 7. PADRE is obviously somewhere else, so Fear the Walking Dead season 8 looks like it will go further east.

Madison Clark finally comes back in this upcoming show, and we can see her in season 8. Her story is hard to follow, and she has strange reasons for doing what she does.

Fans of Fear the Walking Dead who are waiting for Madison Clark’s (Kim Dickens) big return will be sad to hear that today is not the day. They may have had too high of hopes because Madison’s long-awaited return brought up more questions than it answered.

Kim Dicken Making Her Return to The Show

Fear the Walking Dead Season 8 might look very different from what came before it, but it might also look a little bit like what came before that. When a reporter said that the show would continue, it also said that Kim Dickens, who played Madison Clark in the first four seasons, will be back. After being gone for a few seasons, her character came back in the second half of Season 7. She will be back as a regular.

Scott M. Gimple, who is in charge of content, says that Madison Clark is one of the most important characters in the world of The Walking Dead. Madison Clark is a brave and complicated person who grows into a warrior and then a compassionate force. Kim Dickens’ skill, strength, and intelligence will blow TWDU away again, and they couldn’t be luckier to have her back.
