What Happens At The End Of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate? Does the game end with a cliffhanger? This article answers all the questions below. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is an action adventure game in the famous Assassin’s Creed franchise. Ubisoft Quebec developed this game and Ubisoft published it in 2015. The game is the ninth major installment in the franchise and is preceded by Assassin’s Creed Unity. The game was initially leaked in December 2014 under a different name, Assassin’s Creed Victory. Ubisoft officially announced Syndicate in May 2015.
Like its predecessor, Syndicate follows historical events in a fictional setting. The franchise follows the battle between the Assassins Order, who work in the shadows to bring peace through free will, and Templar Order, who seek to bring peace through control. In Syndicate, the game follows the Frye Twins, who come to London to free it from the Templar, Crawford Starrick, and prevent him from getting his hands on Pieces of Eden, an ancient artifact with various abilities. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was positively received and has sold over 5 million units.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Plot
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is a sequel to Assassin’s Creed Unity. In the current timeline, we play again as the Helix player, now known as an assassin. Bishop returns from Assassin’s Creed Unity and asks him to help retrieve a piece of Eden for Assassin Order. Bishop informs the initiate that two other members have infiltrated the Abstergo facility, Order of the Templars.
The initiate relives the memory of Frye Twins, Evie Frye and Jacob Frye, a member of the Order of the Assassin. The story begins with Jacob and Evie infiltrating two different places. Jacob infiltrates a factory run by a corrupt boss, Rupert Ferris, and kills him while Evie infiltrates a lab run by David Brewster and Lucy Thorne, a Templar. Evie kills Brewster and learns that the Templar Order in London is looking for a powerful piece of paradise. This revelation prompts the twins to go to London and prevent the Templars from getting the piece of paradise. There they meet London Assassin Order member Henry Green, where he announces that the London Assassin Order has fallen and that London is under the control of Crawford Starrick. Crawford is an influential London industrialist, a Templar and an underworld criminal.
Frye Twins arrive in London
Jacob and Evie work to free London from Starrick and prevent him from getting the piece of paradise. They build their gang and meet historical figures such as Charles Dickens, Frederick Abberline, Alexander Graham Bell, etc. They then become allies. The twins handle the case differently. Jacob takes a brutal approach and Evie takes the stealthy approach. Jacob kills John Elliotson, the factory owner and producer of soothing syrup. He then kills Malcolm Milner, an omnibus company owner, Pearl Attaway, another omnibus company owner and secretly a Templar.
He then kills Maxwell Roth, who used Jacob to burn down a factory under Starrick with children working in it. Jacob thwarts other Templar plans, such as preventing the assassination of Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli. Evie secretly works to find the Piece of Eden, which she learns is the Shroud of Eden, rendering the wearer immortal. Evie discovers the location of the Piece of Eden. She goes to the location to obtain the Shroud and finds Lucy Thorne. Evie fights and kills her. Before she dies, Thorne reveals that the place she is going is not where Shroud is.
Henry deduces that Shroud is in a vault under Buckingham Palace. Henry uses the help of Maharaja Duleep Singh to find the map that contains schemes of Buckingham Palace. Templar reacts quickly and steals the card. Evie does all this while cleaning up the mess of his twin brother Jacob that has caused inflation in London and drug shortages.
Frye Twins Final Battle and Shroud of Eden Retrieval
Starrick moves to get the shroud. Evie and Jacob argue about their doings, with Evie blaming Jacob for his reckless behavior and Jacob blaming Evie for her inaction. They infiltrate a ball at Buckingham Palace and meet Queen Victoria and Starrick. Once they learn the location of the hidden vault, they head there, but Starrick again defeats them and carries the shroud. But Frye Twins fight Starrick together and take the Shroud from him. Then they kill him along with their hidden blade. After the events, the twins patch things up and the Queen rewards the Frye twins for their actions. They then return the Shroud to the vault.
