Download all attachments in Gmail

If you get involved in a huge email conversation, the number of attachments can quickly increase. If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to download all attachments in Gmail at once, we’ve got you covered. It’s a quick and easy method that will restore all attachments to your computer or to your Google Drive folder.

All email conversations are now recorded in a single email window. Send the email back to yourself. This can be the same email address.

When the email arrives right back in your inbox, scroll all the way down. Here you will find your attachments (in my example below I only have two files, but you can have dozens). At the far right is a vertical arrow on a horizontal line. When you click that, Gmail will automatically put all your attachments in a zip folder and download them to your computer.

Or you can also click the Google Drive icon for the zip folder to be uploaded to your Drive account.
