“Taledanda” is an emotional Kannada drama movie directed by Praveen Krupakar and produced by Hema Malini Krupakar. The movie features actors including Sanchari Vijay and Mangala Raghu along with Suresha, Mandya Ramesh, Ramesh Pandit, Chaitra Achar, and many others.

Taledanda stands for beheading. The story is about the lives, beliefs and rituals of the Soligas tribe. “The dialect is unique. Bangaloreans will not understand Kannada,” Vijay laughs. (actor of the movie). Taledanda has a universal message, as it talks about the present scenarios and what will happen if we do not take any action against it. The movie talks about environmental degradation, global warming, and preserving nature.
