Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a kart simulation racing video game in the Mario Kart franchise by Nintendo. Original Mario Kart 8 released in 2014 for Wii U, and later as Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch in 2017. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is an eleventh major installment in the Mario Kart franchise. The gameplay of Mario Kart 8 is almost the same as its predecessors, where all the characters from the Mario franchise.
The players control any character from the Mario franchise and engage in Kart racing. The players can pick up a variety of items to hinder opponents or gain an advantage over them in the race. Mario Kart has a single-player and multiplayer mode. Nintendo has continually provided many new contents for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe like new characters, bug fix patches, new vehicles, etc. The new thing that brought in Mario Kart 8 was the ability to drive on ceilings. Some of the characters that players can take are Mario, Bowser, Princess Daisy, Luigi, etc. The game, at its release, was a huge success for Nintendo, both critically and commercially. Mario Kart 8 and Deluxe have sold over 50 million units worldwide. These successful sales numbers of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe led it into one of the best-selling video games and best-selling racing games in the world.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC: Booster Course Pass
The online presentation of Nintendo, Nintendo Direct, had everything for every Nintendo games fandom. And Mario Kart 8 was no exception. The new things which Nintendo is throwing at the fans of Mario Kart almost feel like the new Mario Kart installment.
This best-selling kart racing of Nintendo is getting new content called Booster Course Pass. The Booster Pass will bring in some of the best courses of all the previous Mario Karts games to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. All the courses will be a remaster for the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
There will be a total of 48 racetracks in this DLC Pass. The Booster Pass will come in six waves with eight courses each. All the waves will probably have two cups with four courses each. The first wave comes with:

- Lucky Cat Cup
Golden Dash Cup
The Golden Dash Cup comes with four maps, and they are:
- Paris Promenade from the 2019 Mario Kart Tour for Android and iOS devices.
- Toad Circuit from 2005 Mario Kart DS for Nintendo DS.
- Choco Mountain from 1996 Mario Kart 64 for Nintendo 64.
- Coconut Mall from 2008 Mario Kart Wii for Nintendo Wii.
Lucky Cat Cup
The Lucky Cat Cup comes with four maps, and they are:
- Tokyo Blur from the 2019 Mario Kart Tour for Android and iOS devices.
- Shroom Ridge from 2005 Mario Kart DS for Nintendo DS.
- Sky Garden from 2001 Mario Kart Super Circuit for Nintendo Game Boy Advance.
- Ninja Hideaway from the 2019 Mario Kart Tour for Android and iOS devices.
