Mexico City GP: when can you watch F1 race, qualifying and practice live on Sky Sports F1 this weekend

F1’s final five to determine the 2021 world title winners kick off in Mexico City, with all the action live, on Sky Sports F1 only; Watch Saturday’s qualifying at 8pm, Sunday’s race starts at 7pm

Formula 1’s gripping season and title race continues with one of the most colorful and energetic events on the entire calendar at this weekend’s Mexico City Grand Prix.

Two weeks after another tense Max Verstappen-Lewis Hamilton duel in Texas went in favor of the Dutchman, F1 is back in North America and returns to the atmospheric Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez for the first time in two years.

Verstappen’s win in the US means he is 12 points ahead of Hamilton, but with five races to go – including three in consecutive weekends from Mexico – it remains all to play for between the big two of the grid, plus the respective teams Red Bull and Mercedes.

With a six-hour time difference between Mexico and the UK, it’s more of those primetime slots for Sky Sports F1 viewers to watch the action live this weekend:

• Qualification is Saturday at 20.00, build-up from 19.00
• The Mexico City Grand Prix starts on Sunday at 7 p.m., build-up from 5:30 p.m

Live coverage starts Thursday night from Mexico City with The F1 show at 10 p.m., while the runway action kicks off on Friday from 5:30 p.m.
