No-sew DIYs that are simply genius!

YYou don’t need to have any sewing skills to try any of these DIYs. You don’t even need the sewing kit! No, we’re not kidding, we swear!

Bows without sewing

A fun style that turns your old T-shirt into a new T-shirt!

You will need:

  • Scissors
  • Adhesive tape
  • textile glue
  • old tee

Directions:

– Cut a slit about 2.5 inches from the top of the shoulder and continue down towards the armpit. Do this on both sides.
– Carefully trim the bottom of the shirt just below the seam stitch. Save the fabric, you will be using it to make the center of the bow.
– Take the fabric you have saved to make the bow. Fold it in half; unfold it to cut it into 2.5 inch strips.
– Pinch the middle of one of the sleeves with your fingers.
– Wrap one of the strips around the sleeve where you pinched it. Put a drop of glue to stick it on.
– Repeat the same on the other sleeve.

You will need:

  • Shorts
  • fabric scissors
  • fabric pen
  • Round object (things like caps etc.)

Directions:

– Check the length of your shorts, if you think they are long you may need to trim them. This step can be optional.
– Now take the round object and start marking the edges. Make sure the curves stay the same.
– When you are done, take the scissors and trim the edges.
– That’s all you need to do!
