One UI 3.1.1 update is coming to the Galaxy Tab S7 series

After the Galaxy S21 series, Z Fold2, Z Flip 5G and Z Flip got the One UI 3.1.1 update in August, Samsung is finally bringing the new firmware to the entire Galaxy Tab S7 series.

The new update brings several multi-task improvements, headlined by the three-split view feature in multiple windows with adjustable height and width for each app. Other new additions include the long press to switch between popup view and split screen view, as well as the option to open split screen view by dragging the screen from the side. The latest September security patch is also on board.

Users with the Tab S7+ 5G can use the T976BXXU2BUI1 firmware to come out at just over 1.3 GB. The update is currently seeding across Europe and should arrive in more regions in the coming weeks.
