Aashram is back with the new series ‘Aashram Chapter 2’. People called it the bigger and better version of Chapter 1. Chapter 1 got ended in the month of August and within 2 months, Prakash Jha is back with Aashram Chapter 2: The dark side.

Aashram Chapter 2 has already get a release on Mx Player. People are loving this web series. Aashram Chapter 2 casts Bobby Deol, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Tridha Choudhary, Aaditi Pohankar, Darshan Kumaar, Anupriya Goenka, Adhyayan Suman, and many more have once again managed to hit the bull’s eye with their outstanding performances.

Fans are praising Prakash Jha, Bobby Deol, Aaditi Pohankar, and other stars for their brilliant on-screen performances. They loved this series. Fans are eagerly waiting for its third season. What’s going to be new now?

Story:

Bobby Deol is in the role of Baba Nirala Ji Maharaj aka Baba Kashipur Wale. This series is more interesting. Jha takes us much closer to Babaji’s character, whose insatiable greed for power, money, and lust shows us the dark side of the Aashram.

Chapter 2 starts from where Chapter 1 ends. Baba Nirala does not need to pretend that he is a good man. Rather he continues what he loves to do in jail too. When he is in his court, where crowds of daily visitors come for his blessing, he is busy with what he does: liking young girls and begging for their help. Playing politics with the ‘leader’ who comes to demand.

Review:

Bobby Deol plays his role brilliantly. It looks more realistic. Characters that remained silent throughout season one – like Sanobar and Kavita – are now showing courage to vocalize their backstories.

Is it worth watching??

All nine episodes are interesting and engaging. Prakash Jha puts light on the most current issue of society. People have faith in these so-called Babas. How they took advantage of this and engage in illegal activities.

Aashram Chapter 2 is a must-watch web series. All the star cast played his role very well. A special mention to Chandan Kowli for an excellent work behind the camera and giving the series the royalty feels.

‘Aashram 2’ is rage, revenge, and redemption.  We can say that the second part of this drama doesn’t have anything new to offer in terms of plot progression but it was refreshing to see these battered souls deriving peace one way or the other.
